The customer / Vehicle Feedback form is to be used to raise technical or support issues with Greatwall UK. In the first instance please raise your query with your local Greatwall UK dealership and only complete this form if you have been unable to resolve the issue with them. Please Note

If you are requesting a copy of a Certificate of Conformity (COC) we will require:

  • The VIN of your vehicle
  • Your name and full address including post code
  • Proof of ownership of the vehicle (either a copy of the vehicle registration document or a sales invoice)
  • A daytime phone number

Please note: We make a charge of £150 for each COC if the vehicle is not one that we originally supplied. Alternatively the COC may be available free of charge from the distributor in the country where the vehicle was originally supplied if you apply to them direct.

Payment can be made by credit/debit card, cheque or bank transfer.
